Shipping Policy
Super FTA ships the next business day or in 24 hours from the time of your purchase (may be up to 4 days during certain peak times, depending on order volume). We ship within United States and Canada when ordering online or through the telephone. Since we are centrally located in the MidWest, most customers receive thier orders within 2-3 days of shipping. If ordering with a money order, we can ship your item anywhere in the world. Because most of our orders come from North America, we've decided to focus on these two countries and have since strengthened our relationships with UPS, Fed-EX, USPS and Canada Post to offer competitive rates on shipment, saving you money! We appologize in advance to residents outside of North America. You may still order from us, but we require payment only in the form of an international money order. Thank you.

Returns Policy
We have a no return policy concerning new, non defective items. We only accept returns on defective items when notified within 7 days of purchase and we will ship you a brand new one of the item you ordered, we only take 1 day in total to inspect your item for defects and ship you another one. If upon inspection we find the item is not defective, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handing fees to return the item. You may contact us through email and we will try our best to assist you with any problems or if necessary assist you in having your receiver or product returned to us. Under NO circumsstances should you return any items without written return authorization from us. Any unauthorized returns will be considered garbage and will be disposed of accordingly.

Please NOTE: Warranties are considered null and void if any modifications to the firmware (3rd party software) or to hardware are made. Please do not attempt to modify either as they may damage your receiver and void the warranty. After 7 days, we will provide assistance to you in contacting the manufacturer. No guarantees, either written or implied, are given that any items sold by us will be suitible for your intended application. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the correct item is ordered. This 7 day period does NOT apply to satellite receivers. Do to the nature of the item, all warranty claims MUST be files with the manufacturer. We will assist you in this to the best of our abilities.


Payment Policy
We accept Credit card payments, Paypal Payments, Certified Checks and Money Orders.Payment through credit card is fast, simple and secure. We use the services of PayPal to process credit cards. Rest assured, no third party will obtain your credit card or personal information. You do not need a paypal account to pay us with your credit card and you do not need to create one either, just fill in the information paypal asks for and you can pay without an account and without creating one.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will deny sales or service to anyone asking about modifications to illegally enable satellite services (signal theft) not legally available in your area.

    At no time will we answer ANY questions dealing with illegal programming, so do not ask!
